Please click the button “Apply on board” and take the time to fill in your application carefully and thoroughly to help ensure that you are considered for open positions. You can apply even if there are no vacancies to ensure that you are first in line for new positions that become available on our managed vessels and for new projects.
You are also required to upload all your relevant and up-to-date certificates.
If you are accepted, you will be invited to an interview with our Crew Agent or us, which will be conducted in person, telephonically or over Skype. There is a possibility that the Principal will also wish to conduct a final interview.
After approval and signing of employment agreement and feedback from the ship’s command and Principal of the vessel, we can offer Seafarers a continuous job with an existing ITF/CBA in relation to the STCW 2010/MLC 2006 and amendments.
You will receive a pre-boarding briefing from the Principal of the vessel where all necessary details are discussed, including their complaint procedure.
We pay attention to our Seafarers because it is important to us that our crew feel as comfortable as possible and at home on board. We expect our Seafarers to apply their skills and experiences professionally, and to fulfil their duties to the best of their abilities for our Principals.
We expect our Seafarers to uphold our values when it comes to reducing waste and keeping our oceans clean. It is important that our Seafarers follow the regulations prescribed by MARPOL, especially Annex V.
More information on this can be found here and in the MARPOL booklet onboard. Further questions can be answered by the master.
